ZAFRA Master Reserve 30 Year Old is a limited edition Panamanian rum, aged for 30 years in hand-selected bourbon casks. This super premium rum is handcrafted, and each bottle is individually numbered from an edition of only 6,720 bottles, created by renowned Panamanian master blender Don Pancho. It offers complex notes of toffee, crème brûlée, gingerbread, cocoa powder, passion fruit, guava, mango, coconut, coffee beans, and sweet spices, all woven into a medium-bodied and supple package. On the nose, aromas of luscious old oak over rich dark fruit lead to buttery dark brown caramel and vanilla. On the palate, a perfectly balanced entry of bitter wood, vanilla, and honey blossoms into a warm and complex mid-palate accentuated with echoes of sherry and bourbon, culminating in a very long and balanced finish.
