Ron Zacapa Edición Negra is a premium, aged rum from Guatemala. It’s known for its rich, dark character and a smoky intensity that distinguishes it from other Zacapa expressions. This rum is crafted using the first pressing of sugar cane and aged at high altitude to slow the aging process, which contributes to its complex flavor development. Expect notes of caramelized fruits, plums, raisins, chocolate, and dried fruit, along with a pronounced smoky and spicy character.
