WHISTLEPIG Farmstock Beyond Bonded Bourbon is a truly unique “Bottled-in-Bond” American bourbon, representing the culmination of WhistlePig’s dream to create a “grain-to-bottle” whiskey directly from their farm in Vermont. This high-proof bourbon (100 proof / 50% ABV) is crafted from a mash bill of Dent corn (51%) and Remington and Rifle rye (49%) grown on the farm itself. The water used in distillation and proofing comes from the farm’s well, and aging takes place in barrels made from sustainably harvested Vermont oak. Each bottle comes from a single barrel, making it an individual expression of the WhistlePig Farm terroir. It is described with notes of caramel corn, oak, maple, vanilla, and a finish with hints of herbal tea and honey.
