This beer is characterized by its abundant fine yeast and a creamy head. Its long storage time gives it a round and complex character. It presents fruity aromas of dried apricots, citrus, cloves, and subtle notes of banana. On the palate, it is full-bodied, sparkling, and effervescent. Unlike a traditional Bock, Vitus is more akin to a noble and fruity wheat beer. It is ideal for pairing with red meat, strong cheeses, and also desserts.
