WHISTLEPIG Farmstock Beyond Bonded Rye is a “Bottled-in-Bond” American rye whiskey that represents the culmination of WhistlePig’s “grain-to-bottle” process, using ingredients grown, distilled, and aged on their own farm in Vermont. This high-proof whiskey (100 proof / 50% ABV) is made with 100% Danko rye grown on the farm. The water used comes from their well, and aging takes place in barrels made from sustainably harvested Vermont oak. Each bottle comes from a single barrel, underscoring its individual character and the influence of the WhistlePig Farm terroir. It is described with sweet and aromatic notes, including vanilla, maraschino cherry, roasted chestnuts, and hints of cigar box. On the palate, it offers oak, toffee, and baking spices, followed by soft notes of crème brûlée and rose petals. The finish is warm and lasting, with a pleasant rye spice.
