Le Preare Ripasso is a red wine from the Valpolicella region of Italy. “Ripasso” is a specific winemaking technique where Valpolicella wine is re-fermented on the skins left over from Amarone production. This process gives the Ripasso wine richer flavors, more body, and complexity compared to a regular Valpolicella. Le Preare Ripasso typically exhibits a good balance of fruit, tannins, and acidity.
