Description

AVION Añejo is a premium tequila from the highlands of Jalisco, Mexico. It is crafted from carefully selected 100% Blue Weber Agave that is slow-roasted in traditional clay ovens for 72 hours. This Añejo is aged for two years in oak barrels (twice as long as the industry standard for Añejo), resulting in a rich amber color and a complex flavor profile. Tasting notes often include roasted agave with woody notes, hints of peach and cherry, and a luxuriously soft and rich palate with vanilla, caramel, coconut, and maple undertones. The finish is described as incredibly smooth, with hints of maple, coconut, and lemon.
