Papa’s Pilar Dark Rum is a premium sipping rum inspired by Ernest Hemingway. It’s known for its rich and complex flavor profile, resulting from a solera aging process, which blends rums of various ages. This gives it depth and character. This dark rum version provides notes of dark fruit, warm spices and richer notes than found in their blonde rum. Due to the smaller 100ml size, it is most common in gift packs or as part of a tasting collection.
