Matusalem Platino is a premium white rum, known for its smoothness and versatility. It is made through a triple distillation process and filtered to achieve a clean and delicate taste. Although it is a white rum, it is aged using the solera system, and subsequently filtered with activated carbon, to remove the color, but retain some of the flavors acquired during aging. This rum is characterized by its subtle notes of vanilla and hints of tropical fruits. It is ideal for classic cocktails like the mojito and daiquiri, as well as other mixes.
