Matarromera Melior is a Spanish red wine from the Ribera del Duero Denomination of Origin :. It is made 100% with Tempranillo (Tinto Fino) grapes, from its own vineyards located in the Golden Mile of Ribera del Duero. It is a young wine, aged for 6 months in new American oak barrels, which gives it subtle notes of wood without masking its fruity character. It is characterized by its aromatic intensity, with notes of ripe red fruits and spices, and by its balance on the palate, with smooth tannins and a long, pleasant finish. It is a versatile wine, ideal to accompany appetizers, sausages, cheeses, red meats and pastas.
