This kosher spirit is crafted from carefully selected, fully matured plums from the plum region of Bohemia. The slivovitz undergoes a triple distillation process, which contributes to its fine and smooth character, often described as having a subtle almond note. It is then aged for 5 years, allowing the flavors to mature and deepen. This results in a clear brandy with a complex profile, suitable for sipping neat at room temperature to fully appreciate its aroma and taste.
