Jefferson’s Pritchard Hill Cabernet Cask Finish is a unique Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey that undergoes an additional aging period in French oak casks that previously held Cabernet Sauvignon from the renowned Pritchard Hill region of Napa Valley. This finishing process imparts distinct notes of dark berry, espresso, and chocolate to the bourbon, complementing its inherent vanilla, toffee, and honey characteristics. The result is a complex and intriguing spirit that marries the boldness of bourbon with the subtle sweetness and fruitiness derived from the Cabernet wine barrels.
