It is made exclusively with Palomino Fino grapes and is distinguished by its biological aging under a layer of yeast called “flor” in American oak casks. This unique process, influenced by the sea breeze from the Atlantic Ocean, gives it a distinctive saline character, almond notes, and a dry and elegant finish.
