Reposado tequila is aged in oak barrels for a minimum of two months and up to a year, allowing the tequila to take on some of the flavor and aroma characteristics of the wood. The reposado has a golden color and a more complex flavor profile than the blanco, with notes of vanilla, caramel, and toasted oak, as well as the characteristic agave flavors that are present in all tequilas. It is also bottled at 40% ABV, making it a smooth and flavorful option for sipping or mixing in cocktails. As with the blanco, the "Por La Gente" reposado is made from 100% blue Weber agave grown in the highlands of Jalisco, Mexico, using traditional methods of production.
