This bourbon, with heritage dating back to 1860, is inspired by the traditional whiskey-making methods of yesteryear. The “Bottled-in-Bond” label means the liquor must be bottled at four years old and 100 proof (50% ABV). It must also be made by a single distiller under one roof.
