Albariño is the dominant grape variety in D.O. Rías Baixas, a renowned region in Galicia. Its small bunches and early ripening produce high levels of sugar and acidity, resulting in fresh and lively wines. Representing Galicia, this grape boasts a clear and brilliant appearance with a beautiful lemon yellow hue and golden highlights.

On the nose, citrus aromas like lime are complemented by delicate floral notes and an elegant herbal undertone. The fresh and vibrant taste, coupled with a good volume and a citric finish, make this grape variety ideal for serving at a temperature of 6 to 8º C.
