Award winning Master Distiller Jean-Marc DAUCOURT created Moulin as a tribute to his grandfather Jean-Paul, who passed down his passion for making and innovating wine and spirits to his grandson.

As an homage to this emblematic figure Jean-Paul’s signature is used to exemplify this premium vodka, a spirit which draws on a lifetime of industry knowledge, and seven generations worth of distilling heritage, setting new standards in vodka production.
