Grapes for Principessa Gavia are grown in a single vineyard, located in the classic Gavi region of Novi Ligure. Here the soil is rocky clay and marl.

Color: Pale-straw. Bouquet: Intense, fresh, with aromas of pineapple and green apple. Taste: Well-balanced, with gentle acidity and delicate, dry finish.

An aperitif wine, excellent with hors d'oeuvres and seafood.
