Retail Store Returns & Refunds Policy

  1. Timeframe for Returns:
    Returns must be made within 7 days of purchase. No returns or refunds will be accepted after this period.
  2. Proof of Purchase:
    A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns and refunds.
  3. General Conditions for Returns:
    All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Returned merchandise must be in perfect, resellable condition. Products that are damaged, opened, or not in their original condition will not be accepted for returns. Acceptance of such returns is at the manager's discretion.
  4. Special Consideration for Corked Wine/Bad Wine:
    Corked wine, characterized by contamination with Trichloroanisole (TCA), which gives the wine an unpleasant taste and smell, can be returned. However, the manager must contact a supervisor or wine buyer for approval while the customer is in the store. This condition is relatively rare, affecting only about 1% to 3% of wines with cork closures.
  5. Refund Methods:
    For cash purchases of less than $500.00, refunds will be provided in cash or as a Crown store credit/gift card. For refund amounts exceeding $500, whether paid by cash or credit/debit card, refunds will be issued in the form of a Crown store credit/gift card. Refunds to credit/debit cards must be processed on the same card used for the original purchase.
  6. Non-Returnable Items:
    No returns or refunds will be accepted for beer, food, gourmet products, or special orders of non-standard inventory items.
