It is a Whiskey that is full of cacahuazintle corn, an ancestral variety selected and cultivated for generations for its flavor. Made with an ancient process called nixtamalization, never before used in the production of Whiskey, this spirit is able to express the most exquisite aromas and flavors of corn, in addition to the unique complexity granted by aging in barrels.
