Each of them contributes, in each vintage, a differentiating element that makes it great. The vines are cultivated in plots with soils located in the contact between slopes that descend from the moor and the alluvial plain. The most superficial soil is formed by fine hillside coluvios with small fragments of limestone, in depth abundant quartzite gravels appear in a sandy matrix. On the surface, angular limestone boulders abound. Red wine that ferments with controlled temperature in wooden tanks with native yeast. Malolactic fermentation is also carried out in wood.After fermentation it goes through what is probably the longest maturation period in the world in a red, almost 10 years between wood and bottle.
