The inspiration for GinQuila’s fresh fusion of gin and tequila flavors comes from a Mexican homespun cocktail called the cantarito. Similar to the paloma, the cantarito is made in large pots and served in clay vessels. It consists of tequila and grapefruit soda blended with orange, lemon and lime peels.
